2024 Pricing

Wedding Day/Corporate Day Package $1,700

Wedding Weekend Package $2,500

Weekend Wedding Package $2,500: includes 3 days (can choose Friday-Sunday or Saturday - Monday)

1st day: up to 5 hours- time for dropping of needed wedding decor, wedding rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner; event coordinator will be present and can run the rehearsal

2nd day: up to 12 hours -Wedding Day, decor set up to be done this day by Modoc Gardens staff, event coordinator will be present to run the day and communicate with any outside vendors

3rd day: 3 hour window of 10am-1pm - for outside vendors and couple representative to come get items left after event

Wedding Day/Corporate Day Package $1.700: includes up to 12 hour rental, rehearsal, set up, and take down must be completed within the rental period, we cannot receive decor items prior and hold them for the day of. If you would like separate rehearsal day, and time to bring items prior to the event day and collect items after the event day please choose our “Weekend Wedding Package”.

Day of Coordinator/Attendant: Prior to Event- Onsite walkthrough and consultation on ceremony site and reception options approximately 1hr, and onsite or virtual timeline & vendor list meeting approximately 1hr & event layout graphic provided. Event Day - coordinator will handle vendor communications, ensure set up of decor as previously discussed, keep event on timeline throughout the day, guide guests throughout the day as needed, get all items/gifts/etc. at the end of event to previously determined person or location.

Farm House: Use of farmhouse is permitted during your rental time, additional hours prior and after event rental period are $85hr. House includes use of kitchen-refrigerator/microwave/oven/dishware, bathroom, living room-tv/lounging area/vanity area for multiple people, and 1 bedroom- full size mirror/sofa bed/area to hang clothes. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied in the farmhouse by individual 15 or older at all times.

Set Up & Take Down Time: Set up & take down to be within the rental period; earlier set up and later take down available with $85hr fee.

Capacity: up to 175 people

Access to all of Modoc Gardens: Gazebo Area, Tent Area, Picnic Area, Petting Farm (guests may enter while attendant is there; 2hr time slot included), Play Area, explore and walk through Flower Field, Sunflower Trail, and Pumpkin Patch when in season.

Seating: Ceremony seating for up to 175 and reception tent tables and chairs for up to 175 included.

Decor: Modoc Gardens decor items included and available for use include whisky barrels, door bar/table, door backdrop, “love” ladder, fun sit where you like sign, arches, greenery backdrop, gold draping, bushel baskets, metal pales, and vases.

Decor Enhancements: Balloon decor, floral arrangements, and carnival games available for additional fee.

Add U-Pick Flowers or U-Pick Pumpkin: Additional fee of $5 per guest if you would like them to be able to pick a water bottle size of flowers OR pick a pumpkin that fits in the $5 ring (this must be prearranged, and guests amount provided a week prior to event)

Amenities: golf cart rides available to those who need it to access areas, portable toilets on site including one with wheelchair/family access, alcohol permitted with prior approval and appropriate permit

Build your own package: Modoc Gardens offers decor, catering, & bar services you may add to the basic rental to create an all inclusive package. Catalog of packages & individual add ons available upon request.

Outside Vendors: Professional appropriate licensed outside vendors permitted when vendor proof of insurance is provided to Modoc Gardens 3 weeks prior to event. Alcohol services must be obtained through Modoc Gardens.

*There is NOT electricity outside of farmhouse, indoor bathroom facilities outside of farmhouse, and group shelter outside of the gazebo & tent

6ft Bubbly Balloon Garland $65: Choose up to 3 colors, Modoc Gardens staff will install location of your choice (above gazebo opening, on railings, suspended from ceiling in middle of gazebo, or on the porch swing –purchase multiple garlands to cover longer areas or multiple locations), and Modoc Gardens staff will remove garland(s) and you may take home with you if you like.

Non-Alcoholic Champagne  $68: serves up to 15, 3 bottles of Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Champagne style Wine (made from grapes), and 15 plastic champagne flutes

Sparkling Peach Flavored Juice $55: serves up to 15, 3 bottles of sparkling peach flavored grape juice, and 15 plastic champagne flutes

Upgrade to Larger Vase Size for U-Pick flowers and arrangements (mid July- first frost):

Budvase $8 each,  holds 5-12 stems

Glass vase $15 each,  holds 20-30 stems

Galvanized vase/pail $25 each, holds 40-50 stems

 Upgrade to Flower Bar (mid July – September) $38 per person (minimum of 5): Flowers are pre picked for your guests and in display buckets in gazebo, demonstration of flower arranging is given by attendant, and each guest chooses a glass or galvanized vase from an array of vases to create a beautiful bouquet with 25-45 stems.

 Pre-made Flower Arrangements – available  mid July - September

In season flowers grown on our farm, client may give color pallet and specific type of flower request, all arrangements are farmers choice and utilize what is growing best that time of year.

Make your own Flower Décor Arrangements (mid July-September) $110 - We will select, harvest, and prep all stems for you to use upon your arrival to create arrangements in your own vases. This is one bucket of farmers choice- a mix of around 100 stems. Client can request specific color pallet or flower type to be included. (one bucket creates around 8 budvases OR 4 mason jar size arrangements)

 Pumpkin Carving Station (mid Sept. – Oct.) $42: for up to 14 guests ($3 per additional guests), materials for carving on site provided, carving stencils/patterns available, bags with roasting directions available to save your pumpkin seeds & take home, battery operated candle per guest they take home with their Jack-O-Lantern, attendant can assist with carving and clean up as needed

1 HR of Glitter tattoos $65: serves up to 15 tattoos/guests in an hour, guests choose from a visual menu of choices, last around 3 days depending on after care (if wanting to add to a full day rental $65 an hour with serving up to 20 guests an hour, can book 1 to 4 hours)

 Balloon Twisting during event $65:  guests choose from a visual menu of choices, serves up to 14 guests, can take around an hour to create 14 designs (if wanting to add to a full day rental $65 an hour with serving around 15 guests an hour, can book 1 to 4 hours)

 Balloon Twisted Wrapped Favors to Go -$8 each (minimum order of 5): order must be placed at least one week prior to event, Mindy will create designs to go with theme or can do a custom request, each balloon sculpture will be put in a clear plastic bag with a bow tying bag together, these favors will be brought out and given at the end of your event
